We chose serrated blades for our BBQ Dragon premium steak knives because they stay sharp for years with very little maintenance. The blades are made from an advanced 7cr17mov stainless steel, with a blade hardness of 51-55 HRC. They will stay sharp and resist stains and scratches through years of tough use.
The robust triple-riveted handle design is very special. It looks visually distinctive, while being extremely functional. Easy to hold. Durable. Perfectly balanced. You will want to use these for every meal.
The quality stainless steel and ABS handle material make these knives easy to care for. They’re dishwasher safe. (But we recommend hand wash for help preserve sharpness!) They come in an elegant gift box suitable for long-term storage.
