SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shop with confidence: All items purchased from BBQ Dragon’s website can be returned if you are not completely satisfied.

1. Items must not have been used, and the return must be initiated with 30 days of the original order. To return a product, the item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Items returned in something other than the original packaging may not be accepted for return.
2. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
3. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.
4. When “Free Shipping” was selected as the shipping option for your order, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund when returned.
5. If there was an error on our part, we’ll cover it. Contact customerservice@bbqdragon.com and we’ll make sure you get the correct product at no cost to you.
6. “Scratch and dent” items are not eligible for return.
7. Restocking Fee: Some companies charge a 15% restocking fee. That’s not right, and we don’t do it.
