Hack No. 3 – Broth
Yep, broth! Try soaking your chopped veggies is some warm broth before placing them on the grill. And, as the tasty chunks of vegetables are grilling you can baste them with the leftover broth. The neat think about this is that you can use chicken or beef broth as well as meatless versions. All will add some fantastic bonus flavor while not overpowering the natural flavor of the vegetables you’re grilling.
Hack No. 2 – Steak Butter
Steak butter is the grilling word for flavored butter. Basically, it’s some butter with seasonings added in for good measure! Again, versatility is the key thing here as you can pair the seasoning to the cuisine you’re grilling. Going with big Texas style steaks, use some Tex-Mex inspired seasonings. Grilling chicken for grilled chicken parmesan? Then Italian seasoning added to your butter would be the obvious choice. Shrimp and seafood, add seafood seasoning, Creole, or Cajun seasoning. Mix your butter, grill the veggies, and right before serving just dab on some butter and allow it to melt all over the hot veggies.

This hack is so simple and it works with just about any grilled vegetable combination you can think of. You can use a combination of peppers with some onion slices or a variety of squash with chopped broccoli!
